Andrew J. Dick, the founder of the Red Hook Group, has been asked to present his widely read paper Paired Programming and Personality Traits at XP2002 in Italy. XP2002 is the paramount conference on agile development processes and methodologies such as Extreme Programming. The paper is available in the resources section.
